🌍 Ordering from Outside Japan / 海外からのご注文について

We are pleased to welcome customers from outside Japan.
International customers can place orders directly through our official online shop.

1️⃣ Automatic International Checkout

When our shop is accessed from outside Japan, it automatically switches to an international checkout powered by BASE’s official cross-border system.
You do not need to arrange a forwarding service separately.

2️⃣ International Order Handling

International order processing and overseas shipping are managed by:

want.jp Inc.

want.jp handles payment processing and international shipping procedures securely.

3️⃣ What Is Included in Your Payment?

Before confirming your order, the checkout screen will clearly show:
● Product price
● Domestic shipping (within Japan)
● International shipping
● Agency service fee
● Payment processing fee

Agency Service Fee
10% of (product price + domestic shipping)
Minimum: ¥500 / Maximum: ¥3,000

Payment Processing Fee
2–3% of the total payment amount
(depending on the payment method)

All applicable charges are displayed before payment confirmation.

4️⃣ Payment Methods

The following international payment methods are available:
● Credit Cards (VISA, AMEX, JCB, Diners Club, Mastercard, Discover, UnionPay)
● PayPal
● Apple Pay
● Google Pay
● Alipay
● WeChat Pay

Additional methods may be added in the future.

5️⃣ Customs & Import Duties

Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
